I have just added karma to everyone. Its really just, if you like someone you press the plus sign. If you hate them you press the minus sign. But you must have 1 post to give or recive karma. If you have the most karma by june 15th, you will become forum mod!!! But remeber, you can't vote for yourself.
Tips for gaining karma-

Post alot.

Be nice to people.

Never be disrespectful.

And most of all: don't try to hard to get it or it will be pointless.

Does it matter how much you give someone else? Can you just go like, AHHHHH, and click their increase thinger 5 million times? That could take a while.... Laughing
